Im locked out what do I do?
If you failed the login to many times it will automatically lock that IP address out for a period of time.
If it saying it is not available in your area your IP address is out of the country and will be blocked until you get on a US IP address.
If you still cant get in, no worries just call 423-895-3247 and he will help you during normal business hours Monday – Saturday
Where is my order?
Tabs are shipped same/next business day.
Code books that are not tabbed and highlighted ship out same/next day.
Code books that are tabbed and highlighted take 2-3 weeks for full cycle.
For all order you will receive a tracking number, it may have been sent to your spam or check your original order to make sure your Email address was spelled correctly.
I bought a LifeTime Membership on ElectricalCodeCoach.com and it has to be set up manually what do I do now?
We still offer a Lifetime Membership option on our Flagship website Electrical Code Coach.com. You can buy that option at ElectricalExamCoach.com as well and have instant access. However when purchased on ElectricalCodeCoach.com he has to set them up manually. Monday-Saturday it is usually in a few minutes to a few hours. If it is on Sunday you have to wait till Monday.
